City sports club employee reviews

Overall, I would not bother working here at all. Which is bad because you can't sell anything when no one is in there. The most enjoyable part of the job is that it is an okay environment and could get a tad boring and slow. If you don't meet those expectations you're going to hear it from upper management for sure. Your monthly quota is 20 people showing up to appointments a month, or closing 12 deals per month. 98.5% of the time you will have a rejection. The hardest part is of course closing deals. The fitness director at this location I was at was a great guy, and very easy to talk to, and he gave great sales tips to get clients. I learned that if you have zero sales skills you're going to struggle very badly. On a normal day, you clock in, and you join in on a company call to talk about your overall progress in sales goals, and also get some military-style motivational tips from a rapacious district personal training director.
